Qosina part number 42032 is a molded sanitary flange component composed of a molded gasket, backing cup and tubing. This item combines standard tubing with a molded sanitary end connection functioning as an alternative to barbed sanitary flanges, eliminating the need for retention devices and reducing risk of leaks and bioburden entrapment issues associated with barbed fittings. This item is offered as a standard component with 72 inches of tubing, allowing it to be cut to length before incorporating into a single-use design. This item is injection molded in an ISO Class 7 cleanroom environment, and all materials meet USP <88> requirements.
