Order Processing & Handling Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday - Friday). Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order (such as an item being on backorder or out of stock), the RPS Medcare product department will contact you via email or telephone with an updated timeline.

Shipment Coverage & Restrictions

Where We Ship: RPS Medcare ships strictly to addresses within the U.S. and U.S. Territories. We do not offer international shipping.

P.O. Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses or APO/FPO addresses.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will become active within 24 hours.
Transaction Security
To protect your transactions, RPS Medcare utilizes secure payment mechanisms and anti-fraud methods, including 3D Secure, fraud filters, and pattern recognition, to ensure a safe checkout experience.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Damages or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at support@rpsmedcare.com. While we ensure items are securely handed off to our delivery partners, we will actively assist you in filing a claim with the shipment carrier to resolve the issue.

For Damaged Goods: Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim, as the carrier will need these for inspection.

For Items Never Received: Contact us by email. We will coordinate with our shipping department and delivery agent to determine the status of the product and work toward a resolution.
