I'm having problems placing an order. What do I do?

How do I find a specific product?
You can use the search bar at the top of our website. Search by keywords, brand names, or product categories. You can also browse using the Shop Categories menu in the navigation.
Where can I confirm the stock of any item?
For stock confirmation, email us at support@rpsmedcare.com or call us at +1(917) 463-3852 during business hours (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM EST).
When will my order ship?
Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays) will typically ship the same day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST on Friday will be processed the following Monday.
How are your shipping rates calculated?
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on price only. For specific shipping rate questions, contact us at support@rpsmedcare.com.
How do I find the status of my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also log in to your account to check order status, or contact us directly at support@rpsmedcare.com or +1(917) 463-3852.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order before it has been shipped. To cancel, contact us immediately by email at support@rpsmedcare.com or call +1(917) 463-3852. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. For bulk or institutional orders, we also accept wire transfer. Contact us for bulk order arrangements.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. To initiate a return and receive a Return Authorization (RA) number, please contact us at support@rpsmedcare.com.
