The Argos Technologies PolarSafe Cryogenic Storage Vials Cryovials, 2D, Internal Threading, 2ML is specified for demanding clinical and facility environments. PolarSafe cryogenic storage vials provide biological sample storage in temperatures as low as -196°C.

Key Features

• Innovative vials feature a co-molded screw cap that combines polyethylene (PE) with a thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) that eliminates the need for silicone o-rings.
• Traditional vials have the potential for contamination if the o-ring is lost, cut or bulge due to over-tightening of cap; PolarSafe vials enable a safer sample storage environment.
• Available with round or self-standing bottoms; external or internal threaded caps.
• Vials are certified at 95 kPa to provide a 100% leak proof seal.
• Manufactured in a class 7clean room (class10,000) in accordance with FDA, GMP & ISO quality standards (ISO13485:2004, ISO14644 & 14698).
• Certified DNase - RNase, pyrogen, ATP and Human DNA free.
• Gama sterilized 50 per pack in resealable safety bag.
• Temperature range -196° - 121°C.
• Each vial includes printed barcode and white writing surface for specimen identification.
