- Every plate is precision-molded from select polystyrene for minimal well-to-well and plate-to-plate variations and uniformly low background readings
- "C" plates:
- The new C version plates have a small chamfered/radiused corner but retains 90% of the flat bottom for optical reading
- This design eliminates corner dead space and reduces non-specific binding
