• 15 ml centrifuge tubes are precision molded from premium-grade, chemically-inert thermoplastics
• Polystyrene tubes are glass-clear
• Screwcaps have molded-in sealing rings and heavy-duty threads
• Our quality assurance program features vacuum chamber testing (95Kpa) to ensure that these caps close tightly every time
• Sterile tubes with screwcaps are packaged in reclosable 50-tube tray packs (10 trays/case) or in 25-tube bags (20 bags/case)
• Nonsterile tubes with screwcaps are sold in 1000-count bulk units
• Polystyrene tubes withstand up to 3000 × g and are appropriate for use with mild acidic (except oxidizing acids) or alkali solutions, alcohols (except higher alcohols) and salt
• Accurate, easy-to-read graduations are molded-in at 0.1 ml intervals from 0-1 ml and at 0.5 ml intervals from 1-5 ml and every 1 ml from 5-15 ml
• The outside diameter is 17 mm and the overall length is 120 mm
• Where indicated (*), nonsterile tubes are available with caps in other colors
• Sterile tubes, except special orders, are available with green caps only
