The 115 V FreeZone Bulk Tray Dryer with Isolation Valve is specified for demanding clinical and facility environments. These tray dryers with six-port manifold and isolation valve lyophilize moderate to large bulk sample loads or numerous small batches of vials or serum bottles.

Key Features

• They feature three large, 12.7" x 16.6" shelves that each has a 200 W heater that can reach 140°F (60° C).
• Heaters maintain system temperature within 3°C of set point and three sensor probes monitor sample temperature.
• Lyo-WorksTM OS software lets the user set up to 30 programs, with up to 16 steps each; record, chart and store data; and receive email alerts.
• Tray dryers connect to a FreeZone console freeze dryer, sold separately, that provides a real time display of the tray dryer's parameters on a large touch screen.
