Part of the GLS 80 multiport connection system: a four-port screw cap that lets tubing pass into a sealed reservoir through GL 18 screw connections and inserts. Those connections grip the tubing rather than letting it slide — the slippage that causes grief in HPLC plumbing — and the sealed cap keeps solvent evaporation and airborne contamination out of the bottle. Unused ports take a blanking cap, and sterile pressure compensation can be added with a 0.2 µm membrane filter set. Glass-reinforced polypropylene construction in blue.
