The Sartorius Vivapure AdenoPACK 100 Purification Kit, 2 x 100 mL covers everyday requirements across clinical and facility settings. Kits allow the rapid, simple and affordable spin column-based purification of 6 different samples in parallel and bridge a gap in the CsCl density gradient method.

Key Features

  • Kits contains two AdenoPACK units, which can be either used in tandem for the purification of culture supernatants or individually for purifying viruses.
  • Excellent viral access provides quantitative recoveries.
  • Purification is pursued manually with a syringe, optimally attached to a retort stand; protocols also provided for running the virus purification with a peristaltic or infusion pump.
