• The flat top closures with cavities accept either a color CapInsert or 2D inserts (M857- or M957BK-2D series, sold separately).
• Feature lip seal, leak-resistant screw caps with a 3/4 turn.
• Tubes are manufactured of transparent polypropylene, caps are made of HDPE and both plastics are RNase, DNase, pyrogen and DNA free to minimize chance of sample contamination.
• The 16 mm tube dia. matches the dia. of standard 15 ml tubes to help ensure compatibility with centrifuge rotors.
