The SMITH NEPHEW Cica-Care Adhesive Silicone Gel Sheet, 4-3/4" x 6" is specified for demanding clinical and facility environments. Medically proven in patient trials to be effective, flattening, softening and fading red and raised scars, both old and new in up to 90% of cases. Specifications include latex-free materials.

• Skin contact side is adhesive, while upper side is strengthening nonadhesive silicone membrane, reducing need for secondary fixation and making the product more user friendly.
• Adhesive gel sheet is soft, comfortable and simple to apply; can be cut to size to fit most scars; combination of conformability with self-adhesion make Cica-Care sheets ideal in many awkward anatomical locations, including earlobes and sternal areas.
• Silicone membrane and gel combination are more durable and less likely to denature in comparison to other silicone gel sheets.
• Pieces can be easily washed and reused, making Cica-Care cost-effective; once it becomes difficult to clean (usually after 14 to 28 day intervals), a new piece should be used.
